The researchers are doing this study to find out whether talquetamab is an effective treatment after BCMA CAR Tcell therapy for people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. All participants in this study will have already received the BCMA CAR T-cell therapy ide-cel for their disease.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of talquetamab in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma at the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2Ds) (Part 3).
The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of talquetamab when administered in different combination regimens and to identify the safe dose(s) of talquetamab combination regimens.
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of teclistamab in combination with daratumumab and lenalidomide (Tec-DR) and talquetamab in combination with daratumumab and lenalidomide (Tal-DR) versus daratumumab, lenalidomide, dexamethasone (DRd).
The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended Phase 2 regimen(s) (RP2R[s]) and schedule for the study treatment (Part 1), to characterize the safety of the RP2R(s) for the study treatment (Part 2) and to evaluate the anticancer activity of talquetamab + teclistamab in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and extramedullary disease (EMD) (Part 3).
The aim of this study is to confirm the comparability of the efficacy and safety profiles of BCD-264 and Darzalex as monotherapy for relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma in subjects previously treated with proteasome inhibitors and immunomodulatory drugs, and who had disease progression on prior therapy.
This study will include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Multiple Myeloma (MM). MM is a type of cancer of the blood. This study will also include participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). DLBCL is also a type of cancer of the blood. They are referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after treatment and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. The study has 2 main parts, called phase 1 and phase 1b. The main objective of both parts will be to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug, called EZM0414. The main objective of phase 1b will also be to...
TQB3820 is a novel cereblon-modulating agent. Upon binding to cereblon, a substrate receptor in the cullin4 E3 ligase complex, TQB3820 promotes recruitment, ubiquitination, and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the hematopoietic transcription factors Ikaros (IKZF1) and Aiolos (IKZF3). Modulation of Aiolos and Ikaros expression has the potential to correct multiple aspects of the immune dysregulation mediated by B cells.
This is a single-arm, open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VRD(Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone)-based regimen combined with CART-ASCT-CART2 in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma with p53 gene abnormalities.
This is a single-arm, open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VRD-based Regimen (Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone) combined with CART-ASCT-CART2 in Chinese patients with newly diagnosed primary plasma cell leukemia.
