This protocol is designed as a long-term follow-up study of participants who will receive CAR-T cells as part of a clinical trial at the Medical College of Wisconsin/ Froedtert Hospital. The clinical trials include the following: Phase 1 Study of CAR-20/19-T Cells in Patients with Relapsed Refractory B Cell Malignancies (NCT03019055); Phase I Trial of BCMA-TGF-BETA CAR-T Cells in Relapsed, Refractory Myeloma (NCT05976555); CAR20.19.22 T-cells in Relapsed, Refractory B-cell Malignancies (NCT05094206); LV20.19 CAR T-Cells in Combination With Pirtobrutinib for Relapsed, Refractory B-cell Malignancies (NCT05990465); CAR-20/19-T Cells...
This early phase I trial studies how well loratadine works in reducing granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) induced bone pain in patients with multiple myeloma who are undergoing stem cell mobilization. Loratadine is an antihistamine that may help to reduce or control bone pain during the process of stem cell collection in patients with multiple myeloma.
This phase II trial studies how well low-dose radiotherapy works in treating bone pain in patients with multiple myeloma that has spread to the bone. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, gamma rays, neutrons, protons, or other sources to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Low-dose radiotherapy may be more convenient for patients and their families, may not interfere as much with the timing of chemotherapy, and may have less chance for short term or long-term side effects from the radiation.
This phase Ib trial evaluates the side effects and best dose of choline salicylate given together with a low dose of selinexor in treating patients with non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin lymphoma, or multiple myeloma whose prior treatment did not help their cancer (refractory) or for patients with histiocytic/dendritic cell neoplasm. Anti-inflammatory drugs, such as choline salicylate lower the body's immune response and are used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. Selinexor may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking a protein called CRM1 that is needed for cell growth. This trial may help doctors learn more about...
The purpose of this study is to learn about the study medicine called elranatamab. This study aims to compare elranatamab to other medicines for the treatment of MM (a type of cancer). This study is seeking participants who: - Are 18 years of age or older and have MM. - Have received treatments before for MM. - Have MM that has returned or not responded to their most recent treatment. Half of the participants will receive elranatamab. The other half of participants will receive a combination therapy selected by the study doctor. The selected combination therapy will include 2 to 3 different medicines commonly...
The purpose of this study is to determine the Recommended Phase 2 Dose and clinical benefit of elranatamab in combination with other anti-cancer therapies in participants with multiple myeloma.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the BCMA-CD3 bispecific antibody elranatamab, alone and/or in combination with the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, daratumumab, can provide more benefit to people with multiple myeloma compared to a combination therapy including daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone. People with multiple myeloma who have received previous treatment including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor will be enrolled in the study. Part 1 of the study will assess the safety and activity of different doses of elranatamab in combination with daratumumab. People participating in Part 2 of the study will...
This is a multicenter phase II, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of belantamab mafodotin maintenance in participants with relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have received commercially available anti-BCMA CAR-T-cell therapy. Subjects will be enrolled 60-130 days after chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy (CAR-T) and receive belantamab mafodotin as maintenance therapy. Each maintenance cycle will have a duration of 56 days (+/- three days) and belantamab mafodotin will be administered at a dose of 2.5 mg/kg IV on day 1 of each cycle.
This study will collect bone marrow (BM) aspirate samples from patients with relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) prior to the start of a new treatment regimen for the purposes of prospectively measuring single-cell mass accumulation rate (MAR) as a biomarker of patient response to that regimen. The primary study objective is to explore whether the single-cell MAR biomarker can predict patient response in RRMM patients. In order to enable this primary objective, two patient cohorts will be required. First, a small vanguard cohort of patients with treatment naïve disease to define drug concentrations used for testing, and...
Master protocol for cell therapy, Phase 1 proof-of-concept studies in relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma and includes long-term safety follow-up.
