This research is being done to test whether the investigational drug marizomib is safe and effective when used in combination with standard of care drugs for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
This is a multicenter prospective study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with a single dose of subcutaneous(SC) injection mecapegfilgrastim on day 2 or day 5 after chemotherapy for autologous peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) mobilization in patients with multiple myeloma or lymphoma.
The purpose of this study is to see if Multiple Myeloma (MM) cells are sensitive to the chemotherapy used in transplant or not. The main chemotherapy agent utilized in stem cell transplant is melphalan. The study will utilize 1/10 of the dose used in transplant to study sensitivity of the tumor to melphalan. Melphalan is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for transplant for MM patients.
To increase the conversion rate from MRD-positive to MRD-negative CR in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) receiving post-transplant maintenance therapy with belantamab mafodotin plus lenalidomide.
This study is designed as a Phase II, multicenter, single arm trial to assess anti-B Cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA) chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells (bb2121) to improve post autologous hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) responses among patients with multiple myeloma (MM).
The purpose of this study is to determine if this specific Mycobiome Supporting Diet (MSD diet) can help reduce gut inflammation during post-transplant period. The MSD is an special diet which will be explained in detail by a dietician that works by supporting the body's good gut bacteria and fungi.
This clinical trial investigates the effect of non-chemotherapeutic interventions in patients with multiple myeloma. Non-chemotherapeutic interventions such as physical activity and nutritional interventions (e.g., modifications in diet) have been shown to positively affect the immune system and improve overall quality of life. Another purpose of this study is for researchers to learn how the addition of a beta-blocker (propranolol) to the standard treatment regimen in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma affects immune response and quality of life. A study from the Mayo Clinic looked at multiple myeloma patients who were...
MYLENE is a prospective, multicenter, NIS to evaluate the patient and HCP satisfaction of sc and iv application of daratumumab in routine clinical practice in Germany. Patients observed in this study will be transplant ineligible NDMM patients for which the physician foresees an anti-myeloma therapy using DRd regimen as per local label. 250 NDMM patients treated with DRd will be enrolled (excluding screening failures, i.e., enrolled patients not fulfilling selection criteria identified before treatment start will be replaced) within 12 months in a proportion of approximately 1/3 patients receiving daratumumab sc and 2/3 patients...
This is a multicenter, randomized, controlled, open-label, Phase 3 study comparing the efficacy and safety of iberdomide in combination with dexamethasone and daratumumab (IberDd) versus daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (DVd) in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of combination of Chidamide-Lenalidomine-Dexamethasone in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma patients
