This clinical trial will investigate the in vivo trafficking of cilta-cel in extramedullary myeloma using 64Cu Super Paramagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticle (64Cu SPION) and Positron Emission Tomography-Magnetic Resonance Imaging (PET-MRI)
A Study of CD 70 CAR T for patients with CD70 positive malignant hematologic diseases
This is a Phase 2, open-label, single-arm, single stage, single-institution study, with an initial safety run-in period. Potential participants with relapsed/refractory myeloma who are undergoing standard of care, commercially-available BCMA-directed CAR T cell therapy may be identified pre-CAR T cell infusion but are not consented and enrolled until at least 4-6 weeks after CAR T cell infusion, once recovered from acute toxicities. Note: the lymphodepleting chemotherapy and CAR T cell therapy is being administered as part of standard clinical practice and is not considered part of this protocol. Alternative lymphodepleting regimens...
This is an observational case-control study to train and validate a genome-wide methylome enrichment platform to detect multiple cancer types and to differentiate amongst cancer types. The cancers included in this study are brain, breast, bladder, cervical, colorectal, endometrial, esophageal, gastric, head and neck, hepatobiliary, leukemia, lung, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, renal, sarcoma, and thyroid. These cancers were selected based on their prevalence and mortality to maximize impact on clinical care. Additionally, the ability of the whole-genome methylome enrichment platform to detect minimal ...
This clinical trial tests the feasibility, implementation and acceptability of chaplain delivered compassion meditation in order to improve spiritual care for patients receiving stem cell transplantation. Hospital chaplains play a vital role in delivering emotional and spiritual care to a broad range of both religious and non-religious patients for a wide variety of stressors, and extensive research indicates that spiritual consults impact patient outcomes and satisfaction. Compassion meditation is a secularized, research-based mindfulness and compassion meditation program designed to expand and strengthen compassion for self and ...
The primary objective is overall survival (OS) as predicted by baseline self-reported EORTC QLQ-C30 (European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30) fatigue scale ratings, independently from other prognostic factors for OS in multiple myeloma (MM), including the clinically-based prognostic frailty score.
The trial is a single-center, single-arm, prospective clinical study with a planned enrollment of 15 patients with primary Multiple myeloma(MM), aiming to investigate the efficacy and safety of maintenance therapy with Pomalidomide in patients with primary MM. Patients enrolled were divided into two categories: 1) patients suitable for Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation(ASCT) started pomalidomide maintenance therapy 3 months after ASCT; 2) patients not suitable for ASCT started pomalidomide maintenance therapy after induction and consolidation therapy to achieve maximum efficacy. Dosing on days 1-21, 2 mg daily for 28...
This is an open-label clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a multicenter, open-label clinical study of a base-reduced-dose pomalidomide, cyclophosphamide combined with dexamethasone (PCd) regimen for the treatment of patients with debilitating relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. Subjects meeting the enrollment criteria were screened for entry into the study and treated with the appropriate regimen; all patients enrolled in the study did not receive medications other than those specified in the regimen for the treatment of myeloma during the study period, except for supportive care. The primary endpoint of the...
This study is an investigator-initiated clinical study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of melphalan hydrochloride for injection in patients with relapsed or relapsed refractory multiple myeloma. Using the "3 + 3" dose escalation principle, 3-6 subjects per dose were enrolled, depending on the dose limiting toxicity (DLT) observed in the first cycle of chemotherapy for each subject. After completing the 21-day assessment of the first cycle of chemotherapy, if there was no DLT, the study started for the next dose group.
The goal of this clinical trial is to study of the Safety and Efficacy of Chimeric Antigen Receptor NK Cell Injection Targeting BCMA (BCMA CAR-NK) in Patients with Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma Primary Endpoints: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RR/MM) after BCMA CAR-NK infusion. To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or subsequent recommended dose (RD) of BCMA CAR-NK in patients with RR/MM. Secondary Endpoints: To preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness of BCMA CAR-NK in patients with RR/MM. To preliminarily evaluate the...
