A Phase I/II Study of LM-305 in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
The primary hypothesis of this study is that teclistamab SC in combination with daratumumab SC or lenalidomide will be safe and induce a high rate of VGPR or better in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients This is an open-label, multicenter, non-comparative, 2-cohort, 2-stage with interruption of enrollment for an efficacy and safety interim analysis, interventional Phase 2 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of a combination with Tec-Dara (Cohort A) or Tec-Len (Cohort B) in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who are not eligible for SCT.
Our study will discuss survival outcomes of multiple myeloma patients admitted on Assiut clinical Hematology and role of neutrophil to lymphocyte and lymphocyte to monocyte ratios as prognostic factors in multiple myeloma.
The purpose : Detect and profile Multiple myeloma Measurable Residual Disease(MRD) prognostics for monitoring post-transplant Multiple Myeloma (MM) Patients receiving maintenance therapy.
There is a growing body of data suggesting that the the risk of developing multiple myeloma, or myelomagenesis, is associated with genetic alterations occurring in the tumor cells. A limited number of candidate genes and polymorphisms have been reported in patients with this disease. In this study the investigators will compare the genetic information obtained on purified abnormal plasmocytes obtained from patients with multiple myeloma with available public databases in an effort to identify and if possible validate the role of certain mutations and/or polymorphisms in myelomagenesis. Plasmocytes will be obtained by immunomagnetic...
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of TG01 vaccination in patients with KRAS or NRAS mutation on codon 12/13 mutation who has multiple myeloma or high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma. The main question it aims to answer are: Is TG01/QS-21 vaccination safe and tolerable for this patient group? Is TG01/QS-21 vaccination treatment efficient in this group in terms of increased overall response rate, overall survival rate, progression-free survival, and time til next treatment? Is there an immunological response to the vaccine? Participants will be given TG01/QS-21 vaccination treatment....
Most patients with multiple myeloma (MM) die due to relapse resistant to current treatment, including treatment with anti-B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) CAR-T cells. To overcome some of the potential limitations of this therapy, a new and optimized Anti-BCMA CAR-T has been developed, with the aim of using it in patients with MM who relapse after Allogeneic Haematopoietic Haematopoietic Progenitor. This trial is a prospective phase I/II trial with a 3+3 design. Once Dose Limiting Toxicity is identified, Phase II will begin to assess the efficacy of the procedure.
The purpose of the study is to explore the safety and efficacy of umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells in treatment-induced myelosuppression in patients with hematologic malignancies.
Fatigue is a common symptom and can be the most distressing symptom of a range of medical conditions. This Ecological Momentary Assessment study will investigate lived experiences of fatigue in detail in individuals with myeloma, long COVID, heart failure, and in healthy controls without fatigue. Participants will wear ECG patches and wrist-worn sensors that measure heart rate variability, activity levels, posture, and other parameters. They will self-rate their levels of fatigue four times daily and on-demand (when fatigue levels are noticeably good or troublesome). They will participate in an end of study interview and will have...
A Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of Universal BCMA-targeted LUCAR-B68 Cells Product in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
