To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Human BCMA Targeted T Cells Injection for the treatment of BCMA-positive relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Patients will be given a conditioning chemotherapy regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide followed by a single infusion of BCMA CAR+ T cells.
This phase II trial studies the effects of iberdomide when given alone or in combination with dexamethasone in treating intermediate or high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma patients. Immunotherapy with iberdomide may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Dexamethasone is a synthetic steroid (similar to steroid hormones produced naturally in the adrenal gland), and is used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. Giving iberdomide with dexamethasone my improve time to progression to symptomatic myeloma with improved tolerability.
The goal of this phase 2 clinical trial is to learn if patients with Multiple Myeloma who are minimal residual disease positive after initial therapy (including an autologous stem cell transplant [ASCT]) will benefit from maintenance therapy with Iberdomide and subcutaneous (SC) Daratumumab. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Assess if giving Iberdomide and the SC Daratumumab in the maintenance setting is an effective treatment and warrants further investigation in patients with residual disease - Is giving Iberdomide and SC Daratumumab maintenance post ASCT a safe option Participants will: - ...
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of iberdomide and how well it works in combination with daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone in treating patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Immunotherapy with iberdomide, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Daratumumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as dexamethasone, work in different ways...
The investigators want to find out whether or not giving patients who have relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (MM) the experimental medication combination iberdomide, carfilzomib, daratumumab, and dexamethasone (Iber-KDd) may produce better results than the current (standard of care) treatments. This study will examine the tolerability and efficacy of this combination therapy for all participants and the ability of this combination therapy to shrink or prevent MM from returning.
This study will determine the feasibility, safety and efficacy of iberdomide maintenance therapy post-autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT). Treatment will continue until disease progression or toxicity. The results from this study will inform the feasibility of pursuing a study comparing iberdomide to lenalidomide maintenance post-ASCT.
This phase II trial compares iberdomide maintenance therapy to disease monitoring for improving survival in patients who have received idecabtagene vicleucel (a type of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell [CAR-T] therapy) for multiple myeloma. The usual approach after treatment with idecabtagene vicleucel is to monitor the multiple myeloma without giving myeloma medications. There is currently no medication approved specifically for use after idecabtagene vicleucel treatment. Upon administration, iberdomide modifies the immune system and activates immune cells called T-cells, which could enhance the effectiveness of idecabtagene...
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare a maintenance therapy consisting of iberdomide and isatuximab with an iberdomide-only regimen. The trial is the subsequent maintenance therapy to GMMG-HD8/DSMM XIX trial for patients with newly-diagnosed multiple myeloma. The main question it aims to answer is: • Will the addition of isatuximab lead to decreased amounts of measurable myeloma cells in the bone marrow after two years?
Newly Diagnosed Myeloma Patients, who achieved efficacy above VGPR (very good PR)after initial treatment were enrolled. Patients were then randomly assigned to Id and Rd groups for maintenance treatment. Therapeutic effectiveness will be reviewed monthly until intolerant side effect or disease progression appear . The follow-up period is approximately 2 years.
This is an open label, Phase 1/2, first-in-human, multiple ascending dose, and dose-expansion study of IDP-023 administered as a single agent and in combination with or without interleukin-2 (IL-2), and with or without daratumumab or rituximab to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced hematologic cancers.
