This is an open label, abbreviated (3+3) dose escalation study in subjects with RRMM, followed by an extension phase at the selected safe dose. The dose escalation stage will involve recruitment of 3 RRMM patients for 'low' dose (6 x 106 CAR-T cells/kg) CAR-T therapy. After 14 days of follow-up for each of the 3 subjects, the DSC will determine whether the next subject can be recruited. After 14 days follow-up for the 3rd subject, DSC will review data for the 3rd subject and consider the data for the first 3 subjects. In the absence of dose limiting toxicities (DLTs), the DSC may recommend recruitment of 3 subjects to be treated...
The primary purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of novel autologous CAR-T cells in patients with relapsed/refractory hematological malignancies.
This study is being done to find out how older patients respond to CAR-T cell therapy and how the treatment affects their quality of life. This is a quality of life study and participating in the study does not involve receiving any treatment, other than the standard treatment for participants' disease.
Study CC-93269-MM-001 is an open-label, Phase 1, dose escalation (Part A and C) and expansion (Parts B and D), first-in-human clinical study of CC-93269 in subjects with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.
A Clinical Trial to Explore the Safety and Efficacy of CT071 injection in Patients with Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma or Primary Plasma Cell Leukemia
This is a single-arm, non-randomized, open-label study to confirm the RP2D (recommended phase 2 dose) of GC012F injection in patients with Relapsed/Refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).
The goal of this phase II, open-label, single-arm, multicenter study is to evaluate i) the efficacy and ii) safety of elranatamab monotherapy at the dose of 76 mg subcutaneously in participants with RRMM after at least one or two prior lines of therapy who have received prior treatment with immunomodulatory drugs, protease inhibitors, and anti-CD38 therapy and were refractory to the last line of therapy, defined as progression while receiving treatment or in the first 60 days after the last dose of treatment. Efficacy refers to the rate of Undetectable Measurable Residual Disease at 6 and 12 months as per International Myeloma...
This is a single-arm, single-center, open-label clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of GC012F in high-risk, transplant eligible patients with NDMM.
This is a single-arm, single-center, open-label clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CAR-T in patients with NDMM.
The purpose of this study is to see if iberdomide is a safe and effective maintenance therapy option for people with Multiple Myeloma (MM) who have had an Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (AHCT) and have already had lenalidomide as maintenance therapy. Patients will receive iberdomide treatment beyond 12 months if they continue to derive benefit from the treatment and will continue until progression of disease or unacceptable toxicity. Follow-up will be as per standard of care for a patient on maintenance therapy, and patients will not require additional research samples.
