The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether elranatamab monotherapy can provide clinical benefit compared to lenalidomide monotherapy (control) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma after undergoing autologous stem cell transplant. In Part 1 and Part 2 of the study, participants in the study will either receive elranatamab (arm A and C) as an injection under the skin at the study clinic or lenalidomide orally once daily at home (arm B). Participation in the study will be approximately five years
Background: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a tumor in which malignant plasma cells accumulate in the bone marrow. It can cause organ damage and is not curable. Researchers want to see if a combination drug treatment can help. Objective: To try to prevent or slow down developing MM and its associated organ damage by treating it while still in the smoldering phase with a mix of drugs known as DKd. Eligibility: People ages 18 and older with smoldering MM that is at high risk of converting to symptomatic MM. Design: Participants will be screened with: Medical history Physical exam ...
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SVRd in NDMM patients presenting with extramedullary disease.
The purpose of the study is to learn from the real world practice of prescribing targeted therapies to patients with advanced cancer whose tumor harbors a genomic variant known to be a drug target or to predict sensitivity to a drug. NOTE: Due to character limits, the arms section does NOT include all TAPUR Study relevant biomarkers. For additional information, contact TAPUR@asco.org, or if a patient, your nearest participating TAPUR site (see participating centers). ******************************************************************** Results in publication or poster presentation format are posted as they become available for ...
Evaluation the safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and PK/PD of KQ-2003 CAR-T cells for the treatment of multiple myeloma
This study is the first study of tasquinimod, an inhibitor of S100A9, in patients with multiple myeloma.
This is a single-center, open-label, single-arm study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the bispecific CAR T cells targeting CS1 and BCMA in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
The goal of this Phase 2, open-label, multicenter, non-randomized pilot study is to evaluate the efficacy (in terms of MRD negative CR rate after Intensification therapy) and safety of Tec-Dara (Teclistamab+Daratumumab) and Tal-Dara (Talquetamab+Daratumumab) in de novo high-risk multiple myeloma (DNHRMM) patients.
The purpose of this study is to see whether combination treatment of Teclistamab and Daratumumab (Tel-Dara) or combination Talquetamab and Daratumumab (Tal-Dara) will delay the onset of multiple myeloma.
A two-arm open-label parallel-group randomized controlled trial will be conducted to compare the telemonitoring (MM e-coach) with standard MM care. This study aimed to recruit 150 patients with recently diagnosed multiple myeloma (RDMM), starting first or second line of treatment. Blinded primary outcome is adherence by pill count after start of treatment at 1-3 months. Secondary outcomes are patient reported outcomes: Groninger frailty index (GFI), quality of life (EQ-5D-5L, EORTC-QLQ-C30), shared decision making (SDM-Q-9), self-reported adherence (MARS-5), single item questions, patient experiences (PREMs), adverse events, overall...
