The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and antitumor activity of CFT7455 administered orally in subjects with Relapsed/Refractory (r/r) Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) or Multiple Myeloma (MM) administered according to different dosing schedules as a single agent and in combination with dexamethasone (in MM subjects only).
A Phase 1/2a study to assess the safety, tolerability, PK and biological activity of CCS1477 in patients with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Acute Myeloid Leukaemia or High Risk Myelodysplastic syndrome.
This study will evaluate the use of siltuximab to decrease the severity of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurological syndrome (ICANS) in patients who will receive chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for the treatment of hematological malignancies.
This study will assess whether the combination of daratumumab and carfilzomib-based Induction/Consolidation/Maintenance Therapy with ASCT improves the outcome of patients with ultra high-risk, newly diagnosed multiple myeloma
This study aims to evaluate alternative dosing regimens of single-agent belantamab mafodotin in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) to determine if an improved overall benefit/risk profile can be achieved by modifying the belantamab mafodotin dose, schedule, or both.
Higher gut microbiome diversity has been associated with improved survival following autologous stem cell transplantation in multiple myeloma and lymphoma. This study hypothesises that prebiotic supplementation with resistant starch (RS) will improve gut microbiome diversity at time of stem cell engraftment. To test this, participants will either have RS or a placebo (maltodextrin) mixed into a food item of their choice for approximately 10 days prior to stem cell infusion and continue to the first day of neutrophil engraftment. The study will look at the difference in gut microbiome diversity between the RS and placebo arm collected...
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether elranatamab monotherapy can provide clinical benefit compared to lenalidomide monotherapy (control) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma after undergoing autologous stem cell transplant. In Part 1 and Part 2 of the study, participants in the study will either receive elranatamab (arm A and C) as an injection under the skin at the study clinic or lenalidomide orally once daily at home (arm B). Participation in the study will be approximately five years
Background: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a tumor in which malignant plasma cells accumulate in the bone marrow. It can cause organ damage and is not curable. Researchers want to see if a combination drug treatment can help. Objective: To try to prevent or slow down developing MM and its associated organ damage by treating it while still in the smoldering phase with a mix of drugs known as DKd. Eligibility: People ages 18 and older with smoldering MM that is at high risk of converting to symptomatic MM. Design: Participants will be screened with: Medical history Physical exam ...
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SVRd in NDMM patients presenting with extramedullary disease.
The purpose of the study is to learn from the real world practice of prescribing targeted therapies to patients with advanced cancer whose tumor harbors a genomic variant known to be a drug target or to predict sensitivity to a drug. NOTE: Due to character limits, the arms section does NOT include all TAPUR Study relevant biomarkers. For additional information, contact TAPUR@asco.org, or if a patient, your nearest participating TAPUR site (see participating centers). ******************************************************************** Results in publication or poster presentation format are posted as they become available for ...
